SHIPPING & RETURNS Under no circumstances do we ship our products to: China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Israel, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, or India.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Carrollton, Texas. Orders are generally processed within two (2) business days. A tracking number will be provided. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for damaged or defective items.

ORDER CANCELLATION All order cancellations must be submitted via email info@riverbotanicals.com or to our phone +1 (805) 375-2777 within 24 business hours of placing the order. Due to speed of our fulfillment, your order may ship if we are not notified within 24 business hours. Once your order ships, we cannot offer a cancellation or refund.
