REFUSAL OF SERVICE

River Botanicals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

PROHIBITED PRODUCTS

You may experience errors when checking out with certain products in states or territories where they are prohibited. We do not ship any products (including CBD) to the state of Iowa.

PRODUCT IMAGERY

All product images on RiverBotanicals.com are computer rendered and are not actual photos. Although the images are a near-identical representation, they are intended only as a visual approximation of the products.

Orders that are not successfully age-verified will be automatically refunded and canceled after 48 business hours. In the event that a River Botanicals product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at that incorrect price. We may do so whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order using promotional codes at our sole discretion. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full credit.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Under no circumstances do we ship our products to: China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Israel, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, or India.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Carrollton, Texas. Orders are generally processed within two (2) business days. A tracking number will be provided. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for damaged or defective items.
